Hi Reader
Do your clients often ask for similar deliverables? If so, you could create a productised service for your clients. A productised service is easier to market than a custom service because it’s fixed in scope, timeline and price.
It can also help you to save more time and make more money.

In your day-to-day work, you may find your clients asking for similar deliverables, such as:
This could be an opportunity to create a productised service.
A productised service is fixed in scope, timeline and also price.
Your productised service should also have an outcome or result for the client.
For example, for social media templates, the outcome could be increasing awareness of their brand or getting more sales.
Here are the steps to create a productised service:
You could interview your clients or potential clients and see if there are any gaps in what you’re offering them.
Or any problems they have that are not solved by your custom offer.
It will take some time to find a good productised service and require you to experiment with a few ideas, so don’t be discouraged if your first idea doesn’t work out.
It’s very important to put boundaries on your service offering. Otherwise, it’s a custom service and not a productised service.
Think about the timeline you want to assign to it. This can also benefit the client, for example, Social Media Graphics Done in 1 Day.
Business owners are busy, and something done in 1 day without the back and forth would appeal to them.
You also need to be very clear on the scope, so ask yourself, what does your package include?
It also helps to add benefits, so ask yourself, why would this help your client?
Assign a fixed price or pricing tiers. This is one of the main distinguishing factors between a custom service and a productised service.
You should create a landing page for your productised service. It’s essential to identify the value to the client, mentioning what problem you’re solving with your service.
You can invite them to jump on a sales call to see if they are a good fit for your productised service.
This could also lead to more custom sales if their deliverables are out of scope.
Let me know if you’re going to create a productised service after reading this newsletter.

Hey Reader, Two weeks ago, a post from Jakub, a Balanced Business Bootcamp member, appeared in my feed. He told everyone not to hire him for work. This piqued my interest. What was he up to? In BBB, we set actionable goals, so I was immediately excited about his experiment in public. From then on, Jakub posted his website's...
