✍️ Should you start your own studio?

Should you start a studio?

You’ve probably thought about this question before.

But you’re asking yourself the wrong question.

You should think about why you want to start a studio?

What goal are you looking to achieve?

Some related goals could be:

  1. Looking to make more money
  2. Working on more creative projects
  3. Looking to scale

Starting a studio could solve these problems but it’s not the only way.

It’s not the only path for career development either.

If I wanted to scale my business I would ask myself questions like:

  1. What do I want my life to look like in the future?
  2. What does success mean to me?
  3. What does scaling mean to me? more money? more freedom?
  4. Do I want to manage others?
  5. What role do I want to take in the studio?
  6. Is there any other way I can achieve my goals?

By asking yourself these questions you will get closer to an answer that will help you to grow your business in the way that you want.

If this resonated with you hit reply to this email and let me know I’d love to hear from you.
